How many phone lines do I need?

What other features do you need?

With VoIP you get a lot more features than you do with an analog phone system. Most of these features should be standard with the service company you are switching to. But, just in case, compare the features for different companies to make sure you are getting the most for your money.

What should I prepare for when making the switch?

Switching to VoIP can be a simple process if you know what to expect. Your phone numbers will have to be ported to your new service provider, but you shouldn’t have any down time during the switch over. Just make sure all your employees are trained on the new VoIP equipment before you flip the switch and go completely over to VoIP.
