Virtual Offices Open New Hiring Options

voip phone systemMany people still have a stigma against companies that have “gone virtual.” Some people still cannot grasp the idea of a virtual office. In fact, when you do decide to close your company down to go virtual, many people will think that your business closed it’s doors. But don't let that stop you. It is fast becoming the best way to run a company considering all the tools you have at your fingertips to run your company virtually and the money you can save on office space.

If you decide to keep the same employees when you go virtual that is great. Down the road if you need to hire more employees you now have the option of getting the best employees. You no longer have to hire people that live in your area. Now the world is your hiring ground.

When you have to have meetings with your employees or customers it is wise to rent out an office space or better yet, go to one of the new co-working offices that are popping up all over the country. Co-working offices are where people who work from home meet. You will have a professional office, conference rooms, computers, coffee and all of the amenities. If you are starved for a little face to face interaction co-working offices are great for this, too.

When running a virtual company, using a VoIP hosted PBX is the way to go. It is easy to use and runs over the internet so all your employees can be linked via one phone system.
