Porting Your Telephone Number
In order to transfer an existing telephone number to your Press8 hosted PBX, a Letter of Authorization (LOA) must be completed and submitted to begin your request. The LOA document grants the rights to Press8 Telecom to transfer services from your previous service provider to your new account with Press8 Telecom. Please make sure to also attach a copy of a bill face from your previous service provider. The bill must include the telephone number being transferred, and make reference to the name/company and service address. Further instructions are included in the LOA document.
