Voicemail messages are saved to your online account, and sent to your email inbox. Your displaced workers can continue to answer phone calls and your company can continue to receive voicemail messages.

Here are the 5 Easy Steps:

1. You simply call our customer support team (1-877-6PRESS8) and we will setup your fully functionally, multi-line service via the Internet and give you a phone number for forwarding your current number.

2. We step you through the process of creating your phone greetings for your phone system if needed or we can make them for you (announcement messages, auto-attendants, etc).

3. You call your current phone service provider and ask them to temporarily forward all calls to your new number provisioned by us. (This usually takes place immediately after you request it).

4. After caller selection of the appropriate department, calls are directed to individual phones or groups of phones, simultaneously or sequentially until someone picks up, or times out to a voice mail request. Your displaced employees can be connected anywhere with phone or cell phone service.

5. Voicemail messages can be accessed via any standard telephone, our web-based Control Panel, or forwarded to your email.
