Great Features
arrow Local US48 Telephone Number - 1

Extensions

An extension acts as both as authentication for a telephone to access your account for placing/receiving calls, as well as a local extension number for other members to reach you internally without the need of dialing a public telephone number. Additional features include the ability to toggle do-not-disturb, apply call recordings, set call forwarding, and multiple failover destinations.
arrow Extensions Incl. - 3

Mailboxes

A mailbox provides a full featured voicemail box that can be attached to telephone extensions, IVRs (auto attendants), queues, or virtually any destination within your phone system. Other options include the ability to customize your own greeting, receive voicemails via a local telephone extension, web, and e-mail, as well as the ability to manage your voicemail remotely from any public telephone.
arrow Mailboxes Incl. - 6

Call Queues

Call queues offer a sophisticated method for your callers to speak with one of your representatives by being placed within a "holding area" as they wait in line with other callers while enjoying music-on-hold. A common call center feature, representatives are targetted by the queue in a linear or round-robin distribution scheme in working to connect the caller to the representative. Queues also offer "failover" destinations (such as a voicemail box) in the event that a caller has waited in the queue for longer than the preset amount of time you choose.

Feature Codes

Feature codes allow you to create a "quick-dial" feature number (example: *98) to connect you to virtually any aspect of your phone system. Examples include linking to a local extension, an external telephone number, an IVR (auto-attendant), voicemail login, etc.
arrow Feature Codes - 3

Conference Rooms

Conference Rooms allow for an elaborate way of communicating among multiple parties by allowing a virtually unlimited number of conference attendees to collaborate together. Additional features include the ability to send reminders to your attendees by telephone and/or e-mail, schedule recurring conferences, and to allow multiple levels of access to conference attendees.

"Find Me, Follow Me" - Hunt Groups

Hunt groups allow more than one destination to ring at once or in series. Within a hunt group, destinations are arranged into levels. All destinations within a level are rung at once, and if none answer, they stop ringing, and all destinations in the next level are rung, and so on. A fail-over destination can be set as a last resort if the call does not get answered by any of the configured destinations.
arrow Hunt Groups - 3

Pickup Groups

A pickup group is a method for giving you the ability of picking up a ringing telephone within your "group". To describe further, consider this example:

You have three telephone extensions: 100, 101, and 102. All three are a member of a single pickup group. If an incoming telephone call is destined for extension 100, that extension will ring as normal. However, if the person sitting at a telephone with extension 101 wishes, he or she can dial the pickup group feature code, which by default is **. This causes the call to be picked up by the person at extension 101.

Call Recording

This feature allows for the administrator to record incoming and/or outgoing calls at virtually any or all points within the phone system (ex: extension level, queue level). Additional options allow the administrator to specify a percentage of calls that are recorded, as well as an expiration (delete) time on recordings to manage recorded disk space used.

Per-Minute Fees

At the end of each telephone call being recorded, 1c/min is deducted from your balance.
Per/min: 1¢/min.

Archiving Fees

At the end of the billing cycle, all current recordings stored in the control panel are billed 2c/min from your balance.
Archive Per/min: 2¢/min.

Remote Access

Remote Access is a convenient feature to allow you to dial into your phone system externally (such as from a cellular phone), and after providing the PIN code that you create, you will be allowed to make an outgoing call to the telephone number of your choice. This is helpful in situations where a particular destination call could cost a high amount from your mobile phone, allowing you to use your hosted phone system to originate the call instead.
arrow Remote Access - 3

IVR (Auto-attendant)

An IVR (often referred to as auto-attendant, virtual receptionist, etc) presents callers with a greeting menu, where the caller can press a dial pad button and be transferred to the appropriate destination, whether it be a local telephone extension, a queue, or even for an administrator to re-configure the greeting message of the IVR (with PIN security).
arrow IVR (Auto-attendant) - 3

Time-base Routing

Time-based routing allows you to route calls to the destination of your choice based a start/end time, days of week, days of month, months, and years. This provides a simple yet extensible method for you to control the hours of operation of your phone system.
